Proponents argue the three divine beings are clearly seen during the event of Jesus Baptism. There is Jesus, there is also the Father, and there is the spirit of God resembling like a dove.
Because of the Trinity doctrine, the Heruli, Vandals, and Ostrogoth were uprooted for being considered heretics!
This same Trinity doctrine, is now officially part of the SDA doctrine since GC session 1980 in Dallas, Texas.
Yes, there were the three powers of Heaven (The Father, The Son, and the Spirit of God), but not three divine beings (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit) as claimed by the proponents of Trinitariansm!
The real issue is whether the Spirit of God, is a divine being like the Father and the Son of God?
A VOICE from heaven was heard, when THE SPIRIT OF GOD descended like a dove!
The WORDS by the FATHER is His SPIRIT (Father's Spirit)
The words that come out of the Father were, "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased?" If anyone agrees that these were the words spoken by the Father, and that the words of Jesus were also true, then any Trinitarian proponents would have to agree that "God the Spirit came out of the mouth of the Father".
God is present (OMNIPRESENT) through or by His Spirit; so during the Baptism, it was the OMNIPRESENCE of the Father through HIS SPIRIT who was present!
Meaning, during the baptism, there was JESUS (who was baptized by John); Father who came down from Heaven, and also HIS SPRIT.
If one argues there were three persons, they were: Jesus, the Father, and John the Baptist.
A QUESTION WORTH ASKING NOW:
IS THE FATHER'S WORDS A DIFFERENT, SEPARATE BEING? OTHER THAN HIMSELF AND JESUS?
Father and the Son has the SAME SPIRIT
IF the third being, Holy Spirit came out of the Father, then this was given to the Son, so now both have the third Being? and the third Being came out of Jesus? Doesn't make sense!
